Form 3 Certification
Form 3 is the most mandatory document with regards to the costing details of any specific project. Since, the form 3 need to be signed other than auditory CA. We, at RERA Easy draft and certify Form 3 based on actuals. We certify Form 3 throughout the project till the OC is received.
Drafting of Agreement for sale
Before the implementation of RERA Act, Agreement for sale was drafted as per the rules of Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act, 1963. As per RERA Acct, the agreement for sale should be as per the rules and regulations of RERA. We draft the agreement for sale, Allotment letter as per the RERA Act
