The role of the Promoter doesn't end with the Registration. Section 11 states duties of the promoter. One of the important duties of the Promoter is to update the Project Quarterly (Every 90 days). Rera Compliance - Upgradation including updating the construction stage (Form 1 - Architect Certificate), Updating the Cost incurred and the valuation of sold inventory (Form 3 - CA Certificate), Updating the estimation, cost (Form 2), Latest Approvals granted to Project and any other details required by the Authority.
