Quarterly Progress Report

Every registered project must submit a Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) on the MahaRERA portal. RERA Easy assists developers in preparing, reviewing, and filing QPRs to ensure accurate project disclosures and ongoing MahaRERA compliance.

The QPR must be filed for each quarter on or before the 20th day of the month following the quarter. For example, for the quarter ending June (April–June), the due date is 20th July.
